Did you know the still at King Coil Spirits is equipped with a Gin Basket? 

What's a Gin Basket you ask?

A Gin Basket is used for Vapor infusion of gin botanicals. Rather than steeping the botanicals directly into the spirit in the still, which can extract harsh "cooked" flavors, the botanicals are instead placed in the Gin Basket. The basket keeps the botanicals away from the direct heat in the pot of the still, allowing the ethanol vapor to pass through and extract the more delicate and aromatic compounds from the botanicals.

We use our Gin Basket for both our King Coil Dry Gin and King Coil Modern Gin, and we love the flavors we get out of the process.

Come on into the taproom to try out a Martini, Queen Coil or Modern Dream to taste what the gin basket can do, and grab a bottle of the Dry or Modern gin on your way out while you’re at it.
