Matthew Lange, Matthew Zanetti and Jeremy Maynor, are teaming up again to open a distillery, cocktail bar and pizza concept, King Coil Spirits, this summer.

Matt Lange has been the brewmaster at Lake Monster Brewing since day one, creating the recipes and overseeing all of the brewing operations from ordering and logistics to brewing and packaging.
He will utilize his brewing experience as well and his years of studying the craft spirits industry to create the high quality spirits at King Coil.
Matt Zanetti
Operations
Matt Zanetti is a business operator with two decades experience running successful businesses. In his early career he ran multiple real estate, and construction businesses where he had responsibility for selecting investments, executing the acquisition, construction, and management of the properties. In 2013 he launched Lake Monster Brewing, a successful Craft Brewery, where he holds overall operational responsibility. In his tenure, the firm has seen strong growth in every year other than 2020. He successfully led the business through multiple state-mandated shutdowns, and actually increased monthly sales in the months the brewery was permitted to be open to customers.
Jeremy Maynor
CFO
Jeremy is an executive with a background in strategy, finance, and product development. He has over two decades of experience developing and leading healthcare and home and community-based services. He holds an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. He earned a Bachelors’ degree in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota. He served in the MN Army National Guard from 1990 – 1998.
